About the Owner

I am Lee A. Haas, the Managing Owner of Haas Alternative Dispute Resolution Services (Haas ADR), a veteran-owned Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. I am a Professional Mediator and Arbitrator, and a TMCA Credentialed Mediator.  I help clients RESOLVE complex disputes with clarity, fairness, and decades of real-world business and technology experience, for a broad spectrum of disputes, including:

I also have more than 30 years of Fortune 500 Business and Information Technology experience within the Financial Services, Real Estate, and U.S. Federal Government sectors. I routinely rely on my Business and Information Technology experience to help clients reach a resolution during Mediation and Arbitration. I have extensive experience in writing and negotiating Global Business and Information Technology contracts, supporting internal and external (State and Federal) corporate audits, and managing global supply chain relationships and disputes:

• In Financial Services, I managed comprehensive supply chain activities in support of banking (card processing, credit management, demand account management, mortgage processing, trading practices, deposit operations, etc.), investment management (brokerage managed account processing, financial planning, trust management, mutual fund accounting, trading platform operations, institutional trading), and other related financial business and technology operations that are subject to oversight by FINRA, the SEC, OCC, Federal Reserve, and Texas Department of Insurance.

• In Real Estate, I managed comprehensive supply chain activities in support of Brokerage, Loan Processing, Property Management, Hospitality, Location Intelligence, Investment Management, Client Workforce Solutions, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

• My Information Technology background includes experience in both Information Technology Operations and Management (as a U.S. Federal Government contractor) and Information Technology Global Supply Chain Management (Financial Services and Real Estate). I supported the purchase, licensing, implementation, operations, and management of Information Technology infrastructure and enterprise-wide applications.
